Stumbled upon this place totally by accident and was delighted with this happy accidents. The food is amazing, we tried the coxinha, esfiha, pao de quejijo and loved all of it! If we hadn’t already eaten before we came here we would’ve tried a lot more. Can’t wait to return. The staff was also super friendly and answered all our questions and was super kind. The place was pretty full which is a great sign of good food and good service. Can’t wait to try more dishes! Obrigada ;)

Excuse the terrible photos, but wow, I really love this shop. The staff were definitely a great part of the experience. They were very friendly with me and my mother and even recommended a few things on the menu/drinks they offered. Everything was so good. Great flavor from the coffee to the tasty pasteles they offered. I would extremely recommend trying this as your next stop instead of a Wawa or simple breakfast spot. Everything is fresh and delicious. If this wasn’t so far from where I live, I would be here constantly!

The second you walk through the door, you're in Brazil. You're greeted by the flag and a the famous Rio De Janeiro photo with the Christ the Redeemer statue. The barista (who I'm guessing is the owner) was very sweet and wanted to make sure she got our drinks exact. The pastries look authentic and she serves an array of Brazilian teas like Mate. I wanted to try Mate, but I ordered matcha instead. Was in a matcha mood. If I'm still in town I'll return and try the Mate (I've been warned by Brazilian friends that traditional Mate is quite sweet). OMG the matcha latte was just what I wanted. It was tame and soothing. Not strong or pungent. The cheese pastry I had was the perfect balance of sweet and salty. My friend said the Brazilian hot chocolate was also exceptional. We enjoyed the cultural ambience with bossa nova music and woodsy decor. This is by far my favorite coffee shop in Philly!

We heard about this shop from the Inquire and it did not disappoint. The shop itself is wonderfully decorated to feel very homey. The galáo is not only gorgeous but tastes fantastic. If you are in the area make sure to stop by and get a churro in addition to the coffee. Will be coming back!

Parking: on-street. I went in a week day morning, so wasn’t too difficult to find a spot. Bathrooms: family restroom. Very clean! Experience: friendly! Great service! Food: had a house made Brazil nut syrup almond milk latte and flan. The latte had perfect flavor, and not overly sweet. Flan is incredible! And they do offer Gluten Free options both pastry and savory!!

Tried their TooGoodToGo and they give a lot of respectable items as a package for the deal. The various pastries taste good to me and the coffee sounds good overall too. The actual food seems to have mixes reviews. The cafe hours here are decent and the staff here is friendly and quick, The space is decent sized and I like that they have free WiFi

Admitting that we ordered takeout from here but amazing in every way! Authentic taste and delightful coffee. We tried a sampling of açaí along with empanada, empada and sweet bread. can’t wait to sample other things next time!
